Faysal Fashion delivers orders across Pakistan through available courier and fulfillment partners. This policy explains order processing, delivery estimates, fees, and customer responsibilities.

1. Order Processing

Orders are reviewed after submission to confirm product availability, customer contact details, address completeness, and payment method. Standard processing normally takes 1 to 2 working days.

2. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to major cities and many regional areas in Pakistan. Some locations may have limited courier access, longer transit times, or additional address verification requirements.

Shipping charges are shown during checkout. Free shipping may apply when the order meets the configured order value threshold or an active promotion.

5. Address And Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address, reachable phone number, city, and any landmark needed by the courier. Delays caused by incorrect details are not the responsibility of Faysal Fashion.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may call before delivery and may attempt delivery more than once depending on city and service rules. If the customer is unreachable, the parcel may be returned.

7. Damaged Parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, take photos before opening it and contact support within 48 hours. Keep packaging until the claim is reviewed.
