Returns & Exchange Policy
Faysal Fashion reviews return and exchange requests fairly while protecting customers and sellers from misuse. Please read the requirements before sending any item back.
1. Return Eligibility
- The request should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product should be unused, undamaged, complete, and in original packaging.
- Accessories, manuals, tags, invoices, and warranty cards should be included where applicable.
- The product should match the item supplied in the order.
2. How To Start A Return
Contact support with your order number, product name, phone number, reason for return, and photos or video if the item is damaged or incorrect.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return. If the wrong or defective product was supplied, support will guide you on pickup or reimbursement. If the return is due to customer preference, delivery charges may apply.
4. Inspection
All returned items are inspected before approval. Items that are used, incomplete, damaged by misuse, or different from the supplied product may be rejected.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the replacement has a higher value, the difference must be paid before dispatch. If it has a lower value, the difference may be refunded after review.
6. Damaged Or Defective Items
- Report damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or a short video.
- Keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Opened sealed goods, hygiene-sensitive products, customized products, missing-serial products, clearance items, and products damaged through misuse may not be returnable unless required by applicable law.
